About The program

Our Soccer Camps are designed for the all-around youth player looking to develop all aspects of their game. The focus is on technical skill and basic tactical decision making required for any soccer player. We also use various soccer games and drills to build coordination and strengthening key muscles for our athletes.

The main focus of the  Soccer Camp will be touches on the ball while ensuring all players are having fun.

The session will be filled with fun games, technical components  throughout the week.

 

Description

The camps are 5-day, 2-2.5 hours per/day small group (unless otherwise noted). These camps all provide skill development opportunities to players Under 6  to Under 15 .

  • The camp is for U6  – U12  players will consist of fun practice of technical and fundamental ball control/dribbling & shooting drills.
  • Athletes U13-U15 will have the opportunity to work with our team`s coaches working through age-specific speed, agility & conditioning training, while focusing on technical skill development. This camp also incorporating an introduction to weight training and plyometrics.
